of Director (Works). Eligible and interested candidates can apply through

Candidates must meet the
following eligibility conditions for the IRCON International Limited

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have a
degree in engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering, from a recognized
university or institution, with a good academic record.
Experience:
- At least 5
years of experience in project works, particularly in the Railways sector,
within the last 10 years.
- Experience
at a senior level in organizations with a solid reputation.
Age Limit
- Internal
Candidates: Minimum age of 45 years, with
a maximum of 2 years residual service left until the superannuation age of
60 years.
- Others: Minimum age of 45 years, with a maximum of 3 years
residual service until the age of 60 years.

The selection process
for the post of Director (Works) consists of a screening and shortlisting
process followed by an interview. The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB)
